UPF 50+ ARPANSA Test Report
Independent UPF 50+ fabric test result
IceRays commissioned ARPANSA, the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency, to analyse a sample identified in the report as Black Aqua-x Spandex UV Sleeves.
The analysis was completed on 18 May 2015 using Australian and New Zealand textile testing methods. The tested sample received a UPF 50+ (Excellent Protection) classification.

What UPF 50+ means
A UPF 50+ textile classification is the highest protection category under the applicable test method. It indicates that the tested fabric allows no more than one-fiftieth of ultraviolet radiation to pass through.
